Personalized Products
All Tuff Rustic jewelry pieces can be personalized with initials or hidden messages, making each item unique to you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items.
Exceptions
We will gladly accept returns or provide refunds in the following circumstances:

Damaged items
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at tuffrustic.au@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

- If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at tuffrustic.au@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect items
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at tuffrustic.au@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a full refund.
Quality Guarantee
Because our products are handcrafted, no two items are exactly alike. Slight variations in size, color, and finish are normal characteristics of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
How to Report an Issue
